Branch Setup

Create and configure your first branch to start accepting customers.

Branch Creation

Go to the Branches Page

From your dashboard sidebar, navigate to the Branches page to see all your existing branches.

Click Create New Branch

Click the Create New Branch button to open the branch creation wizard.

Fill in Branch Details

The creation wizard will guide you through the required information. Complete all the fields:

  • Branch Name — display name for your branch
  • Branch Type — type of location (e.g., Restaurant, Cafe, Retail)
  • Location Type — physical, online, or hybrid
  • Currency — operating currency (default: SAR)
  • City — city where the branch is located

Branch Configuration

Open the Branch You Created

Go back to the Branches page and click on the branch you just created to open its details page.

Complete the Branch Configuration

From the branch details page, configure the remaining settings:

  • Set your branch location on the map so customers can find you
  • Add a description for your branch in both Arabic and English
  • Configure operating hours and service details

Branch Activation

Activate Your Branch

On the branch details page, you will see an activation warning banner. Click the Activate button to change the branch status from Pending to Active.
